I met Kara at the gym and we became instant friends. After some time I asked her if she wouldn't mind showing my mother some properties as she was selling our family home in Northern California and wanted to purchase something with a view. For us it’s more than the fear of an “annoying process” and paperwork. For most people it’s a transactional fear and stress. But for us it’s also cultural and generational.
